• Automated monitoring of competitor activities from public sources
• AI-powered analysis and summarization of competitor news
• Weekly or monthly email reports
• Manual competitor selection or AI-powered auto-discovery

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Pricing

Our subscription plans are billed monthly. Current pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time.

Billing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

Free Reports

We may offer one free report per email address. Free reports are provided as-is and do not create an ongoing service obligation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute our reports without permission
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The information in reports will be complete or accurate
• All competitor activities will be captured

Our reports are based on publicly available information and AI analysis. You should independently verify any information before making business decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mocedo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mocedo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms
